That its nice and for the most
part worth the price

and its close to a lot of
places to shop. Its quiet and
a nice oplace to live.

The staff in office know you
by name! Maintenance is fast
and package acceptance is
great.

It is affordable but a carport
would be nice. The pool is
small. The grounds are kept up
well and the office is usually
quick about responding to
maitenance issues. However,
some fix it jobs are done as
cheap as possible. My building
is fairly quiet - some noise
is expected and the neighbors
are nice or keep to
themselves. the parking is not
always great. I would
recommend it to someone who
wants an affordable place to
live and safe. That is hard
to find!
